Show 01 __ Government Part One
Government 101 -- To understand disability law, you must understand the system under which our laws are made and
enforced. This podcast offers some background on how governments are structured and what functions are performed by the
different parts of the government, at the federal, state, and local level. The fundamental law -- in the case of the
federal government, the U.S. Constitution -- that creates the government structure is discussed in broad terms. We'll
also take a look at some of the specific protections in the Constitution because it is the fundamental law on which all
future law must be based, and with which no future law can conflict.
